Tri Pups is a commissioned
watercolor pet protrait. Chris, his wife, and their three dogs came to stay
at my B & B in Michigan and liked the displayed watercolor artwork that I had done of
my pets.
Chris decided to give his
wife a portrait of the dogs (their babies) as a surprise Christmas
gift.
He sent me lots of pictures
of their loving pets. I picked a picture that had all three
dogs in one picture to assure my sizes would be right, and I borrowed
a lovely winter scene. The portrait was completed just before
Christmas and arrived as a wonderful surprise. It was loved
by all! The family even used the portrait on their Christmas
cards the very next year!
